Founded by husband-and-wife team Carlos Medina and Cecilia, Mia’s Café is the realization of a lifelong dream. After years of working in kitchens and perfecting his craft, Carlos knew he wanted to create something of his own—a place where good food, good people, and community come together. That dream became a reality with Mia’s Café.
As chef and owner, Carlos brings recipes and experience shaped by his time in the restaurant industry, blending classic flavors with his own creative touches. Every dish is made with care and attention to detail, just like he would for his own family.
